Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all seals and packaging intact. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. 2. Non-Returnable Items Opened, used, or partially used products. Items without original packaging or tampered seals. Promotional or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged or defective). 3. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will review your claim and provide either a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs). 4.
